AAWT Privacy Policy

Thank you for choosing to use the software developed and operated by Guangdong Aishi Intelligent Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AAWT") (including but not limited to free or paid versions of AAWT software, different language versions, and different client versions) and the services provided by AAWT!

Given the nature of the Internet, this software will inevitably have direct or indirect interactions with you. We have formulated this "AAWT Privacy Protection Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") and remind you: before using the "AAWT" software and related services, please carefully read and fully understand this "AAWT Privacy Protection Policy". You may use the relevant products and services only after confirming that you fully understand and agree to it.

Any use of any part or all of the AAWT software or AAWT services, including downloading, installation, registration, activation, login, browsing, purchase, customization, or use, constitutes your agreement that AAWT may collect, use, store, and share your personal information in accordance with this Policy, and you acknowledge all terms of this Policy and agree to be bound by them.

I. Definitions

Personal Information: means various information recorded electronically or otherwise that can, alone or in combination with other information, identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, including personal identification information (address, contact details, communication records and content, online identification information such as account, IP address, email address and related passwords, password protection answers, etc.), property information, transaction information, personal operation records (software usage records, click records, etc.), and personal location information.

II. Scope and Methods of Collecting Personal Information

1. Registering and Logging into AAWT Software

1.1 Your basic identification information, which may include name, usual address, contact details, address book, email, etc.;

1.2 Your online identification information, including account name, account nickname, account avatar, email address, and related passwords;

1.3 Your other information, which may include property and location information. The above information will be used to identify users individually or in combination. You may choose not to provide certain information, but this may prevent you from using some services of the "AAWT" software.

1.4 Account cancellation: In accordance with the terms of the service agreement and relevant national laws and regulations, you may submit an account cancellation application via our customer service email [2977784148@qq.com] or by following the instructions on the user "Cancel Account" page within the AAWT software.

1.5 Login via other associated methods: We may request your personal information from third parties when you log in through other platforms. We will ask such third parties to explain the source of the information and guarantee its legality. For information that we need but the third party cannot provide, we will still ask you to provide it. If you refuse, you may be unable to use some services of the "AAWT" software.

2. Using Basic "AAWT" Service Functions

2.1 Log information: When you use the "AAWT software" services, we automatically collect information about your usage of our services as network logs, including scanning and printing, template editing, retrieval of historical data, transaction information, IP address, printing devices used, language used, date and time of access, personal operation records, and information obtained through cookies or other technologies. This helps provide a smoother user experience, understand user preferences, conduct consultations or data analysis, improve products and user experience, enhance advertising effectiveness, and detect and prevent security risks in a timely manner.

2.2 Device information: When you use the printing services of AAWT software products, in order to improve user experience and resolve issues or obstacles encountered during use, the "AAWT software" may record information about the mobile device you use or other programs used to access the "AAWT software" services, including mobile phone or printer hardware model, operating system type, operating system version, device configuration, unique device identifier, and other basic information describing your personal terminal device.

2.3 Software information: software version number, serial number, channel number, email domain, email login port, login protocol, or other software-related data used to connect to AAWT services.

2.4 Terminal application information: To improve user experience, when you activate specific service functions of the "AAWT" software, we will collect relevant terminal application information. For example, when you enable printing services, we will collect your printer and consumable information to accurately match related services. We will only collect your information within the necessary permissions to achieve the service purpose, and use and store your information within the framework of this Policy.

3. Using Other Specific Service Functions

3.1 When you use AAWT products, upload and/or publish information, and perform related actions (e.g., sharing, bookmarking), we will collect the information you upload, publish, or generate. If such information belongs to a company or other third party, you must ensure that you have obtained their authorization and consent. To enhance your service experience, you may also authorize us to access your camera, photos, microphone, address book, and location information to enable us to collect and use information related to these functions.

3.2 In some AAWT software e-commerce services, in order to deliver goods or services to you, you will need to provide at least recipient's personal identification information, name, shipping address, recipient, contact number, and payment status information.

3.3 If you make payment settlements during our services, you may choose to use the payment services provided by our affiliates or third-party payment institutions cooperating with us (including Alipay, WeChat Pay, and other payment channels, hereinafter referred to as "payment institutions"). During the payment process, we may need to share your e-commerce order number and transaction amount information with these payment institutions to confirm your payment instructions and complete the payment.

3.4 To display your account order information and protect your after-sales rights, we will collect order information, transaction and consumption records generated during your use of AAWT e-commerce products, for display and to facilitate order management. In the event of a transaction refund, we may ask you to provide your bank account information, including bank card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or other third-party account details, to process your refund request.

3.5 When you contact us, we may keep your communication/call records and content, or your contact information and related details, so that we can contact you or assist in resolving issues, or record the handling plans and outcomes of related matters. To confirm transaction status and provide after-sales and dispute resolution services, we will collect your transaction, payment, and logistics information related to the transaction progress from the transaction counterparties, payment institutions, logistics companies, etc., and share such information with the relevant service providers.

3.6 When you participate in marketing activities of the "AAWT software", we may collect your name, mailing address, contact information, and bank account number as required by the activity. This information is necessary for you to receive transfers or gifts; if you refuse to provide it, we will not be able to make transfers or send gifts to you.

3.7 When you actively use the audio transcription, summarization, or translation features, we collect the audio files you choose to process, as well as the transcription text, summary content, and translation results generated from those audio files. Such data is uploaded at your initiative; we do not automatically upload other audio files. The data will be used to provide you with display, saving, synchronization, and troubleshooting of the transcription, summary, and translation results.

4. Information We Obtain from Third Parties

We may obtain your account information (account name, nickname, avatar, email address, and related passwords and password protection questions/answers) that you have authorized to share with third parties. With your consent to this Policy, we may bind your third-party account to your AAWT software account, allowing you to log in and use the "AAWT" software and related services directly through your third-party account.

III. Methods and Purposes of Using Collected Personal Information

AAWT and other parties it deems necessary to know such information may use the personal information collected by AAWT in the following ways or for the following purposes:

1. To provide you with AAWT software and AAWT services.
2. To enhance the security of products and services provided by AAWT and/or its affiliates and partners, AAWT may provide your information to its affiliates and partners. AAWT and its affiliates/partners will use your information for identity verification, customer service, security protection, archiving, and backup.
3. To improve our services: You understand and agree that after collecting your information, if we de-identify the data through technical means such that it can no longer identify you, we have the right to use the de-identified information for user database analysis and commercial exploitation.
4. To process your orders. Information related to e-commerce orders may be used to process orders and related after-sales services, including customer support and re-shipping.
5. To send notifications. AAWT may from time to time use your personal information to send important notices.
6. To resolve issues you encounter during use and provide a smooth experience.
7. To enable AAWT and parties it deems necessary to better understand how you access and use AAWT software and services, so as to respond to your personalized needs accordingly.
8. Without disclosing user privacy data, we have the right to provide your personal information to third parties with whom AAWT has cooperative relationships.
9. AAWT may use your information to send you promotions, services, or messages via email, SMS, or other means.
10. We have the right to use your personal information for overall and anonymous statistical analysis of the use of AAWT software and services.
11. AAWT will use your personal information for big data analysis.
12. Other purposes with your consent.

IV. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Collected Personal Information

1. Sharing

1. Sharing with explicit consent: With your explicit consent, AAWT may share your personal information or de-identified information with third parties.
2. AAWT may share your personal information with relevant third parties as required by laws and regulations, mandatory government requests, or judicial rulings.
3. You acknowledge and agree that AAWT may share your personal information with its affiliated companies. However, AAWT will only share necessary personal information.
4. Sharing with authorized partners: To achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, some services of AAWT may be provided by third-party partners.

2. Transfer

AAWT will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual except in the following circumstances:

1. With your explicit authorization or consent in advance;
2. To comply with laws, regulations, legal procedures, mandatory government requests, or judicial rulings;
3. If AAWT or its affiliates are involved in mergers, divisions, liquidations, acquisitions or sales of assets or businesses, your personal information may be transferred as part of such transactions.

3. Public Disclosure

AAWT will publicly disclose your personal information only in the following cases:

1. With your explicit consent;
2. When publishing winner lists for promotional events, we will desensitize the winner's phone number or account login name;
3. Based on laws, regulations, legal proceedings, litigation, or mandatory government requirements.

V. External Storage, Android_ID, and OAID

To provide and continuously improve services, AAWT may need to collect the following types of information and for the purposes described:

1. External Storage: We only access your external storage devices (such as SD cards) with your explicit permission. Such access may include reading, writing, or modifying files on your storage device. The purpose is to store downloaded content, cache data for faster loading, and allow you to share files directly within the application.
2. Android_ID: We use Android_ID to provide a unique identifier for your device, which helps us recognize your device across sessions and device restarts. We commit not to combine this information with any personal identification information, thus maintaining your anonymity.
3. OAID (Open Anonymous Device Identifier): We use OAID to share with partners to provide more relevant advertising content while protecting your privacy.

VI. Storage and Processing of Collected Information

Personal information collected by AAWT through the AAWT software and services may be stored and processed in the location of AAWT and its affiliates, as well as in locations where parties deemed necessary by AAWT are located. AAWT will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and as required by laws and regulations.

VII.Location Information (for Transcription Address Display)

• Information Collected: When you enable location permissions, we obtain your approximate latitude/longitude coordinates via network positioning methods such as cellular base stations and Wi-Fi.
• Purpose of Use: These coordinates are used solely to display the geographical location (e.g., street, city) where the transcription took place in the transcription summary, for your future reference.
• Processing Method: We convert coordinates into readable address information and display it in the transcription record. The coordinate data is not used for any other purpose, nor shared with third-party map or location service providers. The conversion is performed using system services, without relying on third-party SDKs.
• User Control: You may disable location permissions at any time in system settings; after that, we will stop collecting coordinates, and location information will not be shown in transcription records. This will not affect the core transcription functionality.

VIII. Channels for Inquiring, Correcting, and Deleting Information

If you need to inquire, modify, correct, or delete your personal information, or if you have any questions or complaints/suggestions regarding the protection of your personal information, you may send an email to AAWT at [2977784148@qq.com]. AAWT will handle your issues promptly and effectively.

IX. Protection of Minors' Information

AAWT attaches great importance to the protection of minors' information. AAWT does not knowingly collect or request personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, please do not send your personal information to AAWT; also, before using AAWT software and services, you should obtain prior consent from your parent or legal guardian.

X. Disclaimer

AAWT shall not bear any legal liability for the following occurrences:

1. Disclosure of your personal information caused by your own reasons, such as sharing the activation code of AAWT software or your personal account password with others, or sharing your account with others.
2. Some services within the AAWT software are provided by third parties that cooperate with AAWT or its affiliates; such third-party services are subject to the terms of service and privacy protection policies formulated and published by those third parties.
3. Temporary service shutdown caused by hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion, or government regulation.
4. Any consequences arising from force majeure.
5. Disclosure of your personal information with your explicit authorization in advance.
6. Provision or disclosure of your personal information as required by relevant laws, regulations, competent government authorities, or relevant stock exchanges.
7. Provision or disclosure of your personal information for the protection of public interests.
8. Provision or disclosure of your personal information to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of AAWT.
9. Other disclosures not caused by AAWT's fault.

XI. Data Processing and Sharing in Transcription, Summarization, and Translation Services

When you actively use the audio transcription, summarization, or translation features, the App uploads the audio files you select for processing to our servers. The App does not automatically upload any other audio files; it only uploads the audio files you select after you actively click and agree to use the relevant functions.

1. Data we collect and process

To provide you with transcription, summarization, and translation services, we collect and process the following data:

• 1.1 The audio files you actively select for transcription, summarization, or translation;
• 1.2 The transcription text, summary content, and translation results generated from the audio files;
• 1.3 Task information necessary to complete the processing request, such as file processing status, task ID, language type, processing time, etc.

2. Methods of data collection

The above data is uploaded when you select audio files and use the transcription, summarization, or translation functions within the App. We do not automatically upload your other audio files in the background.

3. Purposes of data usage

We use the above data solely for the following purposes:

• 3.1 To generate transcription text from the audio;
• 3.2 To generate summary content from the audio;
• 3.3 To generate translation results;
• 3.4 To display, save, and synchronize the transcription, summary, and translation results you request within the App;
• 3.5 To maintain service stability and troubleshoot processing failures or anomalies.

We do not use your audio files, transcription text, summary content, or translation results for advertising, user profiling, cross-app tracking, or any other purposes unrelated to the above functions.

4. Sharing with third-party AI services

To enable transcription, summarization, and translation, our servers send the audio content necessary to complete the processing to Azure AI for processing.

Before sending to Azure AI, we remove as much user-identifying information as possible that is unrelated to the audio processing. The content received by Azure AI is used only to complete the current transcription, summarization, or translation request and cannot directly identify or track a specific user through that audio processing request alone.

Azure AI processes only the audio content. After processing, the third-party AI service does not permanently store your original audio files, nor does it store the final transcription text, summary content, or translation results. The transcription text, summary content, and translation results are stored on our servers and are used to display the relevant results to you within the App.

We do not authorize Azure AI to use your audio files, transcription text, summary content, or translation results for model training, advertising, or other purposes unrelated to this service.

5. Data retention

Your original audio files, transcription text, summary content, and translation results are retained on our servers so that you can view, manage, and continue to use the relevant services within the App. We retain the above data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by laws and regulations.

If you need to inquire, correct, or delete related data, you may contact us through the methods provided in Section "VIII. Channels for Inquiring, Correcting, and Deleting Information".
